Tartu Botanical Garden is not big, but it is a real nice and well maintained garden.
It is found right around the corner from the pedestrian street. I was here in 2018.

The greenhouse is quite new.

The garden holds some interesting collections, displayed in nice areas.

Despite the northern location, they have a summer display of cacti and succulents.
