This big boulder of Sønderød
is
found on top of a bronze age dolmen, a
few meters into a field. The big boulder
make up the roof of the tomb, which have
been exposed and is partly collapsed. So
far, I have not been able to find a name
on the dolmen, although it do have one.

Sønderødvej 1, 4450 Jyderup, and then
330 metres east along the road

Size: 0,7
metres high, 2,2 metres wide and 3,2 meters
long. It is 8,2 metres in
circumference.
Meaning of the
name: I have named it after the
nearby settlement, and the name actually
means Southern Clearing.
