found on a lawn at the pier of Faaborg.
It was dug up in a backyard on
Svendborgvej, 50 metres away, in spring
2001.

Jomfrulågen, 5600 Faaborg.

Size: 3,0
meters high,
4,75 metres long and 1,8 metres wide.
The circumstance is 12 metres, and the weight is estimated to 60 tons.
Meaning of the
name: Named after the town it is
located in. It originates from the
French "Faubourg": A village outside the
fortress. Suburb...
Material:
Red medium-grained granite.
Origin:
Southern Sweden.
