Since 1987, there have been
several models of Stridas.
This is a simple key to sorting them out by
characteristics.
There are a few other models like S30, S30X and MAS - which are
moderated MK5, and aftermarket
alterations do occur.
Is it a
Strida: Go to 1.
Is it not a Strida: Go to your local Strida shop, and buy one.

Is the frame made of aluminium:
Go to 2
Is the frame made of carbon: It is a
C1.

Are the wheels locked together by a plastic clip:
Go to 3.
Are the wheels locked together by a magnet: Go to
5.

Does the handlebars not
fold: Go to 4.
Does the handlebars fold: This is a
MK2,5.

Is the mudguards
non-removable: This is
MK1.
Is the
mudguards removable: This is a
MK2,0.

Does it have gears: Go to 6.
Does it have no gears: Go to 7.

Does it have 2 gears: This is a
SD.
(Or a MAS)
Does it have 3 gears: This is an
EVO3.

Does it have 14" wheels: This is a
Mini.
Does it have 16" wheels:
Go to to 8.
Does it have 18" wheels: This is a
SX.

Does it have drum-brakes : It is a
MK3.
Does it have disc-brakes
Go to 9.

Does it have nylon wheels: it is a
LT.
Does it have aluminium wheels: It is a
MK5.
