It seems to be a bit
difficult to find information on this member of the Cucurbitaceae
family. It was given this name by Johann Friedrich Gmel
in 1791, and is found in the Northern part of the South America. It
grows in a well drained soil with some water and lots of sun. The
flowers are yellow, white, maroon and brownish-green.
