   This member of the Geraniaceae family was given this name by Augustin Pyramus de Candolle in 1824. It is found in south western South Africa, growing in a well drained soil with some water and lots of sun. The caudex can grow to two centimetres in diameter, the entire plant to twelve centimetres in height. The flowers are pale to bright pink.

This is a winter grower.
